Link can have a total of 30 hearts, but without the duplication glitch, this limits the amount that a player can upgrade their stamina, given the constriction on Spirit Orbs. Link can pray to Goddess Statues and trade four Spirit Orbs to upgrade either his total Hearts or his Stamina. Likewise, there are 900 Korok Seeds available to be collected without using the duplication glitch. Traditionally speaking, there are 120 Spirit Orbs in the base game, with four added in "The Champions' Ballad" expansion pack.
